About the Role
A logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with clients. This role focuses on selling domestic and international freight services, including air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage, and specialized logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage new and existing accounts within an assigned territory.
Identify and pursue leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and research.
Promote logistics services to prospective and current customers, with a focus on increasing revenue and market share.
Analyze customer needs and create strategies to maximize profitability and growth.
Schedule and maintain consistent sales activities, including client visits and presentations.
Collaborate with management and colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets.
Track and report sales activity using company tools.
Represent the company professionally and build strong client relationships.
