Overview:

A fast-growing logistics brokerage is seeking Logistics Account Executives to help expand our book of business and deliver exceptional service to shippers nationwide. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, a passion for logistics, and either prior experience or the ambition to build a long-term career in freight brokerage.

Whether you’re familiar with 3PL or just starting out, you’ll receive hands-on support to succeed. Candidates with an existing book of business will benefit from accelerated earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and onboard new shippers to generate revenue

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure freight opportunities

  • Collaborate with carrier teams to ensure successful booking and delivery

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market rates, and capacity changes

  • Accurately track and manage sales activities in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), or B2B sales (preferred)

  • Ability to work onsite in St. Louis starting in September (required)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing

  • Proven experience in cold calling with a high volume of outbound calls daily

  • Strong understanding of sales success metrics and performance tracking in logistics

  • Experience with transportation software tools and CRM platforms (preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • An existing book of business is a strong advantage; non-compete agreements will not be a barrier
