Compensation: $45,000

Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to break into sales and business development within the supply chain industry. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will focus on generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the broader sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach (calls, email, and digital channels)
Qualify potential opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity within the company’s CRM system
Conduct research on target accounts, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with internal teams to support outreach campaigns and pipeline development
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of motivation, coachability, and professionalism
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to CRM platforms or sales tools is a plus
