Director of Sales (Warehousing) - California

Location: Must reside in California (the role is remote)

A 3PL company with expertise in tailored solutions that meet the needs of their clients is looking for a Director of Sales to join their growing team.

Compensation: $80,000 - 95,000 +

Commission structure, motivated by performance-based income

  • Work Setup: Remote; must be able to travel within California for client meetings

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding

  • Client Base: Experience selling to freight forwarders, 3PLs, or distribution-focused companies

  • Sales Skills: Proven success managing both existing accounts and new business development

  • Book of Business: Must be comfortable managing an assigned book while growing net-new business

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to decision-makers

  • Drive: Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the discipline to work independently

  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and virtual selling tools (Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Compensation Fit: Comfortable with $100K base + commission structure; motivated by performance-based income
