Base Compensation: $55,000 - 75,000 + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our commercial and residential relocation business in the greater Woodlawn, Maryland area.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and partnering closely with internal teams to ensure successful move coordination from initial inquiry through final execution.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment, excels in phone and client communication, and has prior experience in sales, logistics, relocation, transportation, or customer-facing service industries.
This is a hybrid position, with increased remote flexibility available for high-performing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound sales activity for residential and commercial relocation services
Use CRM systems to log leads, track activity, document client communications, and manage follow-up workflows
Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through phone calls, email, video meetings, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, property managers, real estate professionals, and referral partners
Qualify client needs and prepare service recommendations and pricing estimates
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, dispatch, drivers, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence to maximize lead conversion and close rates
Attend in-person networking events, community functions, and on-site meetings as needed
Support revenue growth through pipeline management and new business development initiatives
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and relocation process
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, logistics, transportation, relocation, or a related customer-facing role preferred
Previous experience in moving, freight, dispatch, logistics, or service-based sales strongly preferred
Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach and client communication across multiple channels
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipelines
Proven ability to build relationships and close business
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational teams
Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline and accountability
Valid driver’s license and ability to attend local meetings and networking events as needed
