Sales Executive – Roofing Products and Construction Materials
Location: Dayton, OH / Montgomery County Area (Local candidates preferred)
Compensation: Base Salary $50K–$70K+ w/ 10% Commission (Projected earning potential of $250,000 and more, based on sales performance.)
Overview:
An established and growing manufacturer of waterproofing/roofing products is hiring experienced Sales Executives to expand its reach. This company develops innovative solutions within the construction materials space and is seeking individuals with a passion for driving customer solutions that can hit sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of achieving sales in excess of $2 million annually.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage a book of business in your territory.
Sell directly to B2B customers in the commercial, roofing, and industrial construction space.
Hit annual revenue targets from product sales.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a strong understanding of product capabilities and performance.
What We’re Looking For:
4–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in roofing systems, construction materials, or related trades.
Proven history of exceeding $2M–$7M in annual individual sales.
Strong knowledge of the roofing supply or construction service industry.
Based near Dayton or willing to travel within Ohio as needed.
