Base Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 +
(w/ commission structure and quarterly bonuses)
About the Role
A fast-growing, global freight forwarding company is seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Account Executive to join their sales team. This role is ideal for a high-performing freight sales professional with an active, transferable book of business who’s ready to start generating revenue immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing client base by offering end-to-end domestic and international freight solutions (LTL, FTL, air, ocean, intermodal).
Build new business through prospecting, referrals, and leveraging your network.
Partner closely with in-house operations teams to ensure high-quality service and customer retention.
Deliver consistent margin growth through consultative selling and strategic account management.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience selling freight brokerage services.
A book of business that is at least partially transferable.
Comfortable working in a remote, self-directed environment.
Proficient in freight software systems such as TMS and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
