Step 2: Discovery

Connect with the principal recruiter and talent acquisition partner. We’ll discuss the specific roles you’re looking to fill for your 3PL, brokerage, or forwarder - the experience level required, and the unique challenges of your company. Once we’ve established a clear understanding of your needs, we formalize our partnership through a contract and services agreement.

Step 3: Sourcing & Presentation Of Candidates
After discovery we begin sourcing and presenting the best candidates for your business. Our focus is the world of freight, so we can pivot quickly. We are regularly in conversations with account executives, account managers, business development professionals, sales leaders, and pricing strategists in the freight/logistics industry.

Step 4: Point of Contact
Throughout the interview process, we act as your dedicated point of contact, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and providing feedback. Our goal is to make the process seamless, from first introductions through offer acceptance, so you can focus on running your business while we handle everything else.

(Hippogriff Search Partner only offers full-time W2 positions and permanent placement solutions within the United States region. We do not offer temporary contracts, offshoring, or near-shoring services.)
