During this call, we’ll discuss the specific roles you’re looking to fill for your 3PL, brokerage, or forwarder - the experience level required, and the unique challenges of your company. This ensures that we tailor our recruitment strategy to align with your priorities.
Step 3: Sourcing & Presentation Of Candidates
Once we’ve established a clear understanding of your needs, we formalize our partnership through a contract and services agreement. With this foundation in place, we begin sourcing top sales candidates using a targeted approach designed specifically for the logistics service providers.
Step 4: Point of Contact
We present only the most qualified sales professionals who align with your role requirements and company culture. Throughout the interview process, we act as your dedicated point of contact, coordinating interviews, managing communications, and providing feedback on both sides.
