Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify, and close new shipper accounts for truckload brokerage services (dry van, reefer, flatbed).
Build long-term relationships with customers built on trust and consistent service — not cheap rates.
Collaborate with our operations and carrier teams to deliver exceptional service.

What You Won’t Be Doing
Babysitting existing accounts.
Managing carriers, dispatching, or tracking freight.
This is a 100% pure business development hunter role.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of non-asset-based truckload brokerage experience selling directly to shippers
Proven success in developing new shipper relationships.
Strong understanding of freight markets, lanes, and pricing.
Someone who thrives in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
