Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new shipper accounts for truckload brokerage services (dry van, reefer, flatbed).

  • Build long-term relationships with customers built on trust and consistent service — not cheap rates.

  • Collaborate with our operations and carrier teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • Set your own pace. Manage your pipeline, and your success.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Babysitting existing accounts.

  • Managing carriers, dispatching, or tracking freight.

  • This is a 100% pure business development hunter role.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of non-asset-based truckload brokerage experience selling directly to shippers

  • Proven success in developing new shipper relationships.

  • Strong understanding of freight markets, lanes, and pricing.

  • Someone who thrives in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
