Human Resource Generalist & Recruiter (Florida)
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the ideal candidate will have experience in and welcome the opportunity to be a company culture ambassador for an employer that at its very core places great value fostering a family environment.
This role very often is considered the first impression of the organization, internally and externally.
Primarily, the HR Generalist/Recruiter will be expected to provide support in all HR facets including, but not limited to; payroll, benefits, employee relations, industrial recruiting, as well as event planning.
Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 + USD w/ Benefits
Only local qualified candidates based in Tallahassee, FL or nearby South GA (Thomas or Grady Counties) will be given consideration.
There is no relocation being offered for this position.

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of two to five years experience as an HR Generalist directly responsible for functions such as; recruiting, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration.
Experience with industrial and manufacturing recruiting is a plus.
Strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and a team-focused attitude.
Positive and professional
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain the company culture and represent the company's values in all interactions.
