Position Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will serve as the primary representative for the client’s product line within the assigned geographic area. While the city listed in the job title serves as the base of operations, the territory includes surrounding regions beyond the immediate city limits. This is a field-based role, not suited for someone looking to work behind a desk. Success is closely tied to initiative, relationship-building, and in-person engagement with contractors and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the client’s home elevator products to residential contractors, builders, and homeowners.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, networking, and cold outreach.
Conduct on-site meetings and deliver professional product presentations.
Provide ongoing product updates to current and potential customers.
Oversee job sites to ensure construction meets code and product specifications.
Participate in industry conferences and trade shows as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project details.
Submit sales reports and track expenses according to company policy.
What to Expect
A high-performing Territory Manager can expect to earn $200K+ in their first year with consistent field engagement.
A $5,000 monthly commission is guaranteed for the first four months.
Commissions are paid quarterly and escalate with sales performance.
This role is relationship-driven; success comes from building trust with general contractors and developers.
The company provides a $500 monthly car stipend and a company credit card for business expenses.
